Requires Bachelors degree in Engineering any field, Computer Science or related field of study, and 7 years of experience in software development in an Agile environment including 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master. Experience specified must include 4 years of experience with each of the following developing solutions with agile principles and applications; coaching teams on development practices using agile frameworks Scrum, Kanban, LeSS or SAFe; and using Agile tools such as Jira, TFS, Rally or ADO. Requires Scrum Master certification. Requires strong written and verbal communication skills.
