Supporting the evaluation, development and implementation of operational improvements through technology automation andor process redesign to enable standardization, compliance, scalability and velocity;br 2. Analytical problem solving;br 3. Analyzing processes and identifying pain points in order to deliver process improvements;br 4. Organizational experience with balancing multiple initiatives simultaneously;br 5. Communication and processproject management experience;br 6. Vendor management and building client relationships; andbr 7. Procurement Transformation, Procurement Operations, Strategic sourcing, Competitive Sourcing, and Supply Chain Management.
