Experience in building and shipping applications or software at the level of whole features across a variety of platforms;br 3. Strategic product thinker with experience understanding product goals, identifying opportunities, and making decisions based on the impact to people and the company;br 4. Interaction Design skills defining how an experience should behave based on understanding peoples needs;br 5. Experience using prototyping skills to demonstrate how a particular flow or interaction will work;br 6. Experience leading product direction and strategic thinking while developing product goals, identifying opportunities, and making decisions based on the impact to people and the company;br 7. Experience designing for groups of people international audiences, multilanguage localization, accessibility for people with disabilities, etc.;br 8. Portfolio or URL featuring examples of interaction design work; andbr 9. Demonstrated experience with endtoend product design.
