Requires a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or related field, or foreign equivalent. Must have 5 years of experience in job offered or related position. Must have experience in communicating to business users, IT development groups, and external vendors; understanding business processes and integration of those processes into the systems to ensure complete end to end testing of software; and in people management. Telecommuting work arrangement permitted position may work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
