Must have one 1 year of experience in each of the following 1 Assisting in the preparation of documentation for contract dispute resolution, construction claims, litigation services, and documentation for construction consulting services; 2 Performing construction project management and controls, including using SAP to manage project costs, and Primavera P6 to develop and maintain project schedules; 3 Using Primavera P6 to analyze the effects of schedule delays due to labor shortages andor equipment shortages for claims; 4 Analyzing proposals for the scope of work and requirements of various construction projects, including costs, schedules, resources human and equipment, and safety considerations; and, 5 Utilizing project controls tools and processes, to perform cost preparation, conduct budget reconciliation, and report on key performance indicators.
