The employer would accept the experience and skills from an alternate occupation with any job title.br br Employer will accept a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related field and 5 years of work experience in job offered or 5 years of related experience in software development.br Position also requiresbr 1.Experience building and upgrading multiple enterprise high availability databases such as in Oracle RAC, MySQL Percona XtraDB Cluster, Oracle Enterprise MySQL Groupbr Replication, AWS Aurora, and AWS Global Databasebr 2.Expert level experience in migration and upgradation with minimum downtime utilizing Oracle GoldenGate or AWS Data Migration Service DMS toolsbr 3.Experience in planning and forecasting capacity usage and growth to meet business existing and future workloadsbr 4.Experience in backup recovery and implement Business Continuity to compliance with Business Service Level Agreement SLA Recovery Time Objective RTO and Recovery Pointbr objective RPObr 5.Provides mentorship and work guidance to less experienced personnelbr 6.Document and provide database architecture roadmap for database and business teams to stay in supported version and to compliance with security patches and releases
