Employer will accept a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Engineering Management, Information Science or related field or related field and 5 years of work experience in job offered or 5 years of related experience with Technical Program Management.br br Position also requiresbr br 1. Experience with Technical Program Management, including managing and delivering System Integrations and Data Analytics projects using Agile Scrum and waterfall methodologies and leveraging Scaled Agile Methodologies as applicable for Product Increment Planning and program dependency tracking by utilizing tools like JIRA, Rally, confluence etc.br 2.Experience managing design, development and testing of modernized applications by creating technical and functional software application and system requirements and use cases, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, and process modelsbr 3. Experience with designing and developing data validation process, perform data analysis and profiling to identify data gaps using Microsoft or Oracle software data profiling tools to rectify data redundancies and anomalies.br 4. Experience with Financial Management including Planning and managing project budget, performing cost benchmarking across industry and Level of effort estimations across the projects.br 5. Experience with engaging internal and external stakeholders to manage the complexity inherent with technology change, from requirements planning to architecture, software design and development to testing and deployment, and beyond, helping to link their IT programs to organizational goals, by utilizing various ERP and Financial Solutions.
