Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or a related field plus five years of professional data analytics experience for financial services or banking industry. Must include three years of experience with each of the following 1 building, stabilizing, validating, and monitoring statistical models and ensuring that they meet the client guidelines; 2 working with complex data structures and large datasets in a real business setting; 3 utilizing SAS, SQL, Tableau, Excel, VBA, PPT, Visio, R, Python, Hive, Impala, Spark and CART software; 4 delivering oral and written data analytics presentations to clients, senior managers and executives; 5 data processing, data extraction, and variable reduction; 6 managing analytics projects with global resources and mentoring team members; 7 coding complex algorithms; 8 key modeling techniques including, logistic regression, gradient boosting models GBM and statistical clustering methodologies; and 9 model performance monitoring metrics, including KS, ROC Curve, PSI, Rsquare, and Correlation.
