Requires a Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field plus seven years of professional technology consulting experience. Must include three years of experience with each of the following 1 working with complex data structures and large datasets in a real business setting; 2 operating model design, performance management, shared services design and implementation, and outsourcing consulting; 3 software development lifecycle methodology, Agile methodology, and enterprisewide ERP platform implementations including Oracle or SAP; 4 improving process efficiencies across the finance value chain leveraging newage technologies including RPA; 5 MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; 6 managing client relationships and delivering oral and written presentations to clients, senior managers and Clevel executives; 7 managing projects with offshore resources; and 8 insurance value chain including Finance Operations, Policy Issuance, Underwriting, Claims Management, Reinsurance, Policy Servicing, and Agency Operations.
