The candidate must have minimum two years of experience in the following Executing sterile mammalian cell culture, including media and buffer preparation, culture initiation, cryopreservation of cells and propagation of cell types including adherent stable cell lines, and assay ready frozen cells; operating manual and automated instruments to execute cellbased assay; performing invitro treatment of discovery stagesynthetic small molecules on mammalian cells following the Standard Operating Procedures SOPs; optimizing cellbased assays including cell proliferation, cytotoxicity, and immunofluorescence assay; performing cellbased study of small synthetic chemical for drug candidates; maintaining records of experimental work in physical and electronic formats, drafting laboratory protocols, summarizing experimental reports; and keeping inventory of laboratory reagents, preparing and qualifying reagents,br and testing reagents lot variability.
