Minimum requirements Masters degree or equivalent degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field plus a minimum of 2 years of pre or post Masters experience supporting operating executives at a companywide level. Alternatively, will accept a Bachelors degree or equivalent degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field plus 5 years of experience supporting operating executives at a companywide level.br br Must have Experience with planning frameworks and processes; advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills including a proven ability to communicate with and provide meaningful value to all levels of management; a proven ability to learn new analytical tools and skill sets; solid accounting capabilities able to understand how business decision will impact PL, balance sheet and cash flow statements; and proven track record of teaching and mentoring analysts and other team members.br br Unless otherwise indicated, employer is seeking the ability in skills listed above with no specific amount of years of experience required. All experience may be gained concurrently.
