Esper Regulatory Technologies – $112,798.00/Year

Candidates must have at least a Bachelors degree in Management or a related field, or equivalent as determined by a qualified credentials evaluation service, and at least four years of professional experience working in operations within the regulatory technology industry. Must have at least four years of experience directing business operations and formulating company policies across functional areas including recruiting, finance, business development, product delivery, and human resources. Must have at least four years of experience creating and implementing company policies and procedures across departments and establishing crossfunctional teams to facilitate organizational efficiency and ensure compliance. Must have at least four years of experience supporting financial operations, including managing quantitative OKRs objectives and key results and PL statements, leading contract negotiations with clients and vendors, and overseeing ARAP and account reconciliation. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, TopFunnel, Gem, Lever, Rippling and Gusto. Must be willing to work remotely. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
