Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field and 5 years of advisory, consulting, andor industry experience. Alternatively, will accept a Masters degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field and 4 years of advisory, consulting, andor industry work experience.br br Must have 4 years of advisoryconsulting experience. Alternatively employer will accept 2 years of advisoryconsulting experience and 2 years of industry experience.br br Must have 2 years of experience providing advisory services in 4 of the following supply chain and operational areas that impact the supply chain function assessments, supply chain strategy, operating model design, distributionlogistics, network optimization , inventory management, procurement and sourcing, leansix sigma, sales and operations planning, or operations cost reduction.br br Must have 4 years of experience using Excel, Macros, Pivot Tables.br br Must have 4 years of experience writing and delivering presentations for executives and Senior Managers in Power Point.br br Must have 2 years of experience with simulation tools and supply chain analytical tools.br br Must have 2 years of experience managing staff on projects and providing direction to team members.br br Must have facilitated at least 4 multifunctional workshops.br br Requires travel up to 80, of which 20 may be international, to serve client needs.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
