MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSbr br Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of postbachelors, progressive related work experience; OR a Masters degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience.br br Must have 2 years of industry or consulting experience including managing business strategy and MA strategic diligence projects in complex environments.br br Must have 2 years of experience making detailed assessments of industry, products, markets, competitors and customers to identify risks and opportunities.br br Must have 1 year of experience with mergers and acquisitions in a consulting environment.br br Must have 1 year of experience in project management and in supervising engagement teams comprised of 2 or more team members.br br Must have 2 years of experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis.br br Travel required approximately 40.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
