Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, postbaccalaureate work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field and 4 years of work experience.br br Must have 4 years of experience in facilitating discussions with technical, design and business subjectmatter resources to document requirements and articulate alternatives for future state solutions across various domains and channels.br br Must have 4 years of experience managing projects with defined deliverables and budgets, including a combination of the following budgeting and managing the schedule; client relationship management; communicating strategically around key issues; or conflict resolution and consensus building.br br Must have 4 years of experience in defining product vision, defining and managing product roadmaps, and prioritizing and managing product backlogs.br br Must have 4 years of experience in leading ideation sessions, standups, sprints, and scrums.br br Must have 2 years of experience supervising a team, providing feedback, and managing the delivery of an engagement workstream.br br Requires travel up to 50, of which 10 may be international, to serve client needs.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
