Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field and 5 years of progressive, postbaccalaureate related work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Masters degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field and 3 years of related work experience.br br Must have 3 years of experience with at least 1 of the followingbr br Performing business or intangible asset valuations for financial reporting such as Purchase Price Allocations, goodwill impairment testing, or other;br Tax reporting legal entity valuation utilizing the Income, Market, or Cost, approaches; orbr Corporate finance work experience, including each of the followingbr o Capital allocation diagnostics, analyses, and advice;br o Quantifying the value impact of various strategic alternatives;br o Performing strategic portfolio reviews; andbr o Assisting clients with forecasting and scenario planning.br br Must have 3 years of experience working in a business valuation firm or practice; a venture capital, investment banking, commercial banking, financial research, or national valuation firm; andor working in a corporate finance role for an organization.br br Must have 2 years of experience working on business valuation mergers and acquisitions; conducting valuations for financial reporting; financial modeling including building models from scratch in MS Excel and related software.br br Must have 2 years of experience working with external clients on business valuation engagements.br br Must have 1 year of experience managing engagements and engagement related budgets; and leading teams, including projects and engagement leadership, goal setting, and performance reviews.br br Requires domestic and regional travel up to 20 to serve client needs.br br Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
