Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field and 2 years of experience working in the telecommunications industry. Also, 2 years of experience stated herein to involve performing UMTS Drivebased and Driveless optimization, involving OSS, Actix, and scripting automation, creating CRs for before prelaunch drives and processing drive data, finetuned RF parameters by analyzing drive data and prepare site for commercial launch, and monitoring and optimizing commercial site to improve customer experience; performing LTE drivebased optimization, using audit site counters, layer3 analysis of drive data, RF recommendations to improve network performance, and postlaunch counterbased optimization; and working with wireless cells site design, by creating cell site design RFDS for regulatory approval, creating RFDS for Antenna, Azimuth, and RAD center change to improve cell site performance, analyzing current site configuration for RRU and BBU for further cell site design improvements in cell site cabinet, and auditing cells to ensure site in compliance with RFDS design.
