Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field and 5 years of progressive postbaccalaureate experience to involve working with New Product Introduction models; integrating, verifying, and implementing 4G LTE5G Technology into customers lab facilities and first market applications; demonstrating new functionality and SW and HW capabilities, and performing proof of concept with customers for precommercial products and nextgeneration Radio equipment; driving technical aspects towards lab certification of Radio Access Network RAN and endtoend features, First Market Application s FOA, schedule adherence, milestone criteria adherence, contractual adherence, interoperability, backoffice integration, and release over release improvement strategies; Business Unit BU development process including design, test, documentation, and Product Line Maintenance; working with LTE Long Term Evolution NR New Radio, RAN Radio Access Network software and hardware including Radio Base Stations; and knowledge of the latest Radio Access technologies, including NSA NR NonStandalone New Radio, SA NR Standalone New Radio, Carrier aggregation, Highband, MidBand, and Low Band technology, network architecture, and call flows. Also, 3 years of experience stated herein to involve working with layer 3 tracing in a RAN environment using tracing tools and decoding messages; and analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical problems in telecommunications networks.
