Experience must include some experience in each of the following designing, configuring and maintaining Cisco Unified Communications within enterprise environments; implementing Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unified Contact Center Express, Cisco Unity voicemail, Cisco Expressway, Cisco Emergency Responder, IM Presence server and other similar Unified Communications technologies; and Cisco Unified Border ElementVoice Gateway; and call flow design and development in Cisco UCCX environments, inclusive of call recording solutions, reporting and wallboards.
