U.S. Bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology. Employer considers Three or Four year degrees acceptable. Requires two years of experience, implementing SAP Employee Central HCM custom solutions, processes, and forms, according to customer specifications using SAP SuccessFactors. Also requires Certification as SAP Certified Application Associate SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central 2019. Requires travel up to 100 of working time to unanticipated U.S. and international locations for periods of up to six months.
