The position requires a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field plus three 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related field. Position also requires demonstrable experience with each of the following Working with Serial interfaces and protocols, Wireless interfaces, TCP and Bluetooth stacks; Driver development, board bring up, Linux kernel, application development and debugging crash dumps; Making critical embeddedsystemlevel design decisions and driving projects for firmware engineering from start to finish with minimal supervision; Designing and creating firmware that will power the current and next generation of the companys charging stations; Collaborating with hardware engineers to review the products architecture and propose changes from firmwares perspective; Running firmware code reviews, managing software design discussions, and presenting technical solutions to upper management.
