A Bachelors degree or the foreign equivalent in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering plus nine years of progressively responsible experience in a Power Plant Operation occupation, a Training occupation, or an Equipment Design Engineering occupation in the Fossil Fuel Power Plant industry or simulation industry. The required experience must include 7 years of experience working with simulation software in the fossil fuel industry such as JADE, TRAX, or other thermodynamic high fidelity software. 7 years of experience working with programming languages such as Fortran, C, C, Java, PHP, or XML for simulation program applications. 7 years of experience working with any simulator technology in the fossil fuel industry. 7 years of experience managing and working with a staff from multiple backgrounds and locations to provide solutions in a timely manner.
