The employer requires at least a Bachelors degree in Pharmaceutical, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or closely related field and at least five 5 years of progressively more responsible experience working in an FDA regulated industry manufacturing environment with quality systems.br br In addition, the employer requires the followingbr br 1. Demonstrated ability to develop and lead teams solving complex problems that involve detailed process analysis and involve numerous stakeholders and implement sustainable corrective actions gained through five 5 years of work experience;br 2. Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong and active partnerships with external business partners and collaborate and communicate strategy and objectives through two 2 years of work experience;br 3. Demonstrated ability to develop talent through stretch assignments, coaching, rotations and performance management gained through at least two 2 years of work experience;br 4. Demonstrated ability to ensure team meets the targets for critical business functions through team mentoring gained through two 2 years of work experience; andbr 5. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple shifts in the context of a 247 operation gained through two 2 years of work experience.br br All years of experience may be gained concurrently.
