Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.br br SECTION H 10b ACCEPTABLE ALTERNATE OCCUPATION product management, risk management, quality assurance, programming and analysis, or related occupation.br br This position requires experience in software design; quality assurance testing; product management including customer engagement; translating customer painpoints to product requirements for engineering; working with UX designers to design optimal user interfaces for maximizing customer consumption of product features; making design tradeoffs to meet timetomarket; support leadership by crossfunctionally identifying dependencies for product development on various functional teams; writing JIRA epics with user acceptance criteria for implementation by engineering; product launch including preparing product documentation, creating powerpoint deck highlighting product capabilities, and identifying field training collateral; driving product adoption by promoting product with field and customer engagement, and building customer demos; driving strategy for multisystem management by aligning to organizational business goals; performing competitive analysis to develop strategic plans; Agile Methodology; and JIRA.
