Minimum requirements Masters or equivalent degree in pharmaceutical sciences or related life science field plus 6 years of biotechnology industry experience. Alternatively, will accept a Bachelors or equivalent degree in pharmaceutical sciences or related life science field plus 8 years of biotechnology industry experience.br Must have 5 years of direct CMC process development and clinical and commercial manufacturing experience; experience working with cGMP guidelines relevant for process validation; Strong knowledge of US and EU regulations, ICH and Guidances for the Industry related to cell and gene therapy; strong understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practices; and strong technical writing and editing skills.
