Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, plus 7 years of experience working in information technology. Alternatively, a Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, plus 5 years of experience working in information technology. Additionally, position requires experience in each of the followingbr br 1 2 years of experience working closely with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and help translate these into technical requirements for the development team;br 2 2 years of experience directing development teams in the design, development, coding, testing and debugging of applications;br 3 3 years of experience working with multiple business units to capture and analyze healthcare requirements to develop technical solutions and improve business process efficiency by providing technical expertise to leadership;br 4 3 years of experience with data warehousing concepts and data models to design and develop detailed ETL specifications based on business requirements;br 5 3 years of experience developing, optimizing, and maintaining Informatica mappings, sessions, and workflows using Informatica PowerCenter in a data warehouse environment;br 6 3 years of experience working on ClientServer application development using Oracle PLSQL, SQLPLUS, SQL Developer and TOAD, Java, XML, and Unix shell scripting which includes coding, debugging and performance optimization; andbr 7 3 years of experience implementing data quality remediation methods through data quality rulebased validation, standardization, cleansing, error processing, and exception handling using Informatica Data Quality.br br Employer will accept any combination of education and experience as described above in Sections H.4 through H.10.br br Note regarding employer name The employer changed its name from Anthem, Inc., to Elevance Health, Inc., effective June 28, 2022. At this level of seniority, employees are expected to be able to handle nearly all tasks assigned to them with little or no guidance from others, and this role involves such advanced responsibilities as providing technical direction for a wage range of initiatives, and analyzing organizational needs to ensure application systems are developed and implemented appropriately. The required experience and education ensures that employees hired to this role will be able to perform the job at the expected level of competence.
