Valuation and financial analyses, including discounted cash flow and investment returns for potential transactions.br 2. Due diligence, including identifying key risks and risk management strategies associated with transactions.br 3. Strategic analysis of business development opportunities, including investment evaluations.br 4. Negotiation of strategic investment opportunities.br 5.
