Requirements 3 years of experience supervising and coordinating energy, gas, or utility construction and facilities personnel, including high and low voltage foremen; 3 years of experience coordinating or managing substation construction projects in 115KV230KV; 3 years of experience working with substation health and safety standards and potential substation hazards, including substation confined spaces, working with heavy equipment on site, handlingstoring materials on site, personal protective equipment needed to perform the job, equipment integrity and potential failures, and incident reports and mitigation barriers; 1 year of experience working with substation systems, including energy management systems, the SCADA system, PV installations, and protection and control systems in electrical substations; 1 year of experience working with AutoCAD, MSO package, and Microsoft Project.br br Less than 20 domestic travel. The position plays a key role in planning and coordinating the assembly and startup of substations and other kinds of electrical facility installations for key EES Energy Services Corporation clients. The construction projects are in highvoltage facilities that are extremely dangerous and complex, and thus the experience and education requirements are essential to perform the job.
