Five 5 years of the following experience may be gained concurrentlybr br Knowledge of literacy best practices and demonstrated experience in fieldbased literacy programming.br Demonstrated experience in curriculum development; standards development; literacy assessment; materials development and production; teacher training, coaching and instructional supervision; community development to support literacy; and instructional media to support literacy.br Experience supporting research and evaluation activities in education programming.br Experience working in lowresource, conflictaffected, technologylimited environments.br Experience working in a developing country.
