Requires a Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field and 3 years of related experience OR 5 years of related experience no degree required. Related experience must include some experience in each of the following skills Primavera Project Planner P6 and Microsoft Project Suite; Development of budgets, contingency, estimate, and forecast in line with AACE International Recommended Practices; Monitoring and tracking actual costs, change orders, and forecasting; Cost Plus, TM, FFP contract types and requirements; Calculation of physical percent complete and overall percent complete for projects; and Technical and Practical applications of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction functions.
