Must have a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, plus 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, plus 5 years of postbachelors, progressive related work experience.br br Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the followingbr Evaluating electrical systems and equipment including load studies and sizing, selective coordination, protective relaying, short circuit studies, arc flash, and motor control centers MCC;br Project management including identification and scoping of repair and improvement projects, cost estimating, scheduling, execution, commissioning, and documentation;br Developing energy management plan for power monitoring and usage analysis including evaluation of energy conservation, efficiency programs, and power quality issues;br Designing specification and implementation of MCC and power distribution systems;br Performing root cause failure analysis;br Applying NFPA 70E, 70, and 497;br Applying NESC and ANSI C84.1;br Applying 29 CFR Part 1910 OSHA Subparts A, L, P, Q, I, and S; and,br Managing electrical testing and preventive maintenance programs for critical assets and electrical infrastructures including transformers, switches, breaker panels, junction boxes, motor control centers, circuit breakers, generators, utility poles, uninterrupted power supplies, motors, and wires.
