Experience must include each of the following special skills Experience working with franchisees, including analyzing franchisee store data in Qlik Sense and Excel to understand gaps in business performance and identify opportunities for growth; creating action plans based on the data analysis to assist franchisees in creating specific actions to improve store processes and increase sales; applying root cause analysis to identify problems and their causes, find solutions, implement action plans, and verify solution efficacy; and data analysis, including providing business recommendations based on trends; data modeling, including sales projection and cost benefit analysis, descriptive statistics, regression, and Analysis of Variance ANOVA; project and vendor management; Excel, Qlik Sense, Microsoft SQL, and Tableau BI Tools; and creating standard and custom reports to summarize brand performance based on operations and marketing data.
