Masters degree in Biotechnology, Immunology, Biology, or a related field or foreign degree equivalent, plus three years of progressively responsible experience in the molecular biology, cell culture and flow cytometry. Experience, which may be gained concurrently, must includebr br 3 years of experience designing, executing, documenting and analyzing results from scientific lab experiments;br 3 years of experience authoring technical documents such as SOPs, protocols and reports;br 3 years of experience performing mammalian cell culture and aseptic technique;br 3 years of experience with purification of recombinant protein therapeutics using liquid chromatography LC techniques such as ion exchange and mixedmode chromatography;br 3 years of hands on experience troubleshooting and running protein purification on AKTA LC systems;br 3 years of experience in mammalian cell culture protein production using bioreactors and shake flasks;br 3 years of experience troubleshooting cell culture equipment wave bioreactors, bioanalyzers, automated cell counters;br 1 year of experience executing scale down model experiments in support of biologics manufacturing operations
