Six 6 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or related occupation executing all stages of the design process, including Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test; creating design artifacts, including persona, journey maps, problem statements, systemuser interaction mappings, wireframes, hifidelity prototypes, and mockups; collaborating with business partners to conduct user research and usability testing; using design tools, including Figma, Axure, or Adobe XD; designing Business Intelligence Dashboards and data visualizations in compliance with ADA standards; and creating design deliverables for developers, including style guides, component libraries, interaction behavior specifications, and clickable prototypes. Telecommuting andor working from home is permissible pursuant to company policies. 10 travel required to various and unanticipated Discover Products Inc. office locations and client sites nationally.
