Eight 8 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or related occupation managing Six Sigma or Lean projects for a large financial or credit organization, including training and applying LeanSix Sigma methods encompassing Lean, Design,MeasureAnalyzeImproveControl DMAIC, Design for Six Sigma DFSS, and Agile; utilizing and applying project management tools, including Excel, Microsoft Project, Rally, and JIRA; and utilizing Microsoft Office applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Minitab, and Visio. Four 4 years of experience must include supporting continuous improvement, process management, program management, strategic planning, and performance measurement; and performing people management.
