The minimum entry requirements for the Senior Process Engineer is a Bachelors degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or a related field and 5 years industrial or manufacturing engineering experience which must include and may be gained concurrently 5 years process analysis and redesign efforts utilizing lean methodology, in a distribution or service application; 3 years planning and facilitating focused Value Stream Maps, Kaizens, Workshops and Brainstorms; 3 years driving organizational change management adoption; 3 years presenting process improvement proposals in business focused, userfriendly format to executives and stakeholders; 1 year being a process owner including designing and maintaining an effective and efficient process and responsible for business outcomes related to the process; and Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or PMP certificationbr br OR employer will also acceptbr br Masters degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or a related field and 3 years industrial or manufacturing engineering experience which must include and may be gained concurrently 3 years process analysis and redesign efforts utilizing lean methodology, in a distribution or service application; 3 years planning and facilitating focused Value Stream Maps, Kaizens, Workshops and Brainstorms; 3 years driving organizational change management adoption; 3 years presenting process improvement proposals in business focused, userfriendly format to executives and stakeholders; 1 year being a process owner including designing and maintaining an effective and efficient process and responsible for business outcomes related to the process; and Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or PMP certification.br br Preemployment drug test required.
