Experience with the assessment of referral indications for the highrisk pregnancy clinic, specifically regarding genetic counseling recommendations.br 4. Experience in the collaboration with referring physicians and perinatologists during the preparation and followup of consultations with patients and couples in a pregnancy setting, as well as patient with previous, current and risk of genetic predisposed cancer.br 5. Experience with genetic risk assessment based on personal and family history and adapting counseling of genetic implications to meet individual needsbr 6. Experience with the coordination of genetic testing, result disclosures, followup counseling and recommendations, as well as referrals to outside facilitiesbr 7. Experience serving as psychosocial support to patients and family members in a pregnancy setting, as well as patient with previous, current and risk of genetic predisposed cancer.br 8. Experience with the continuous evaluation of genetic testing laboratories and product development based on genetic testing availability in order to provide patients with the most costeffective and appropriate option based on testing indication.br 9. Must have completed a Telegenetics Training Coursebr 10. Must be American Board of Genetic Counseling ABGC certified Genetic Counselorbr 11. Must have a Genetic Counselor License issued by the State of California
