Requires a High School Diploma or GED or foreign equivalent and 1 year of experience as a Nanny or Au Pair caring, simultaneously, for two or more children under the age of 3, including newborns. Must have had a drivers license, either in the U.S. or any other country, for at least 2 continuous years. MAY REQUIRE TRAVEL ANDOR RELOCATION TO VARIOUS UNANTICIPATED LOCATIONS THROUGHOUT THE U.S.br br NOTE The employer currently employs no employees, and the alien beneficiary would serve as the households sole employee. Part C, Item #5 of this form, however, requires that at least quot;1quot; be inputted for number of employees. We have inputted 1 in that space with the understanding that it refers to the alien beneficiary who will be employed upon completion of this process.
