Two 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation performing data and statistical analysis to identify problems and suggest solutions; working on process improvement projects utilizing Lean, Six Sigma and Green Belt methodologies; designing and implementing process improvement and change management programs; utilizing the application of Lean principles and tools, including process mapping, visual management, problem solving methodology, standardized work, seven kinds of waste, Kanban systems, value stream mapping and error proofing; utilizing project Management skills to lead, manage and facilitate improvement events; managing, building, and enhancing continuous improvement programs; and coaching leaders on daily improvement system and lean principles. Telecommuting andor working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.
