Lead and drive overall technical program management and execution plans for the development, launch and maintenance of products by working with product management, engineering, technical cloud operations, customer success and professional services organizations.br 2. Define, implement and improve PDLC SDLC processes and practices for planning, executing,br tracking, and reporting to ensure product and service release goals are achieved.br 3. Direct program activities, conduct quality reviews, manage risk mitigation and change control processes, and communicate status to senior management and crossfunctional stakeholders across both technology and business organizations.br 4. Manage a distributed team of Project ManagersScrum Masters. Provide leadership, strategic direction, coaching and mentoring to direct reports. Working with crossfunctional scrum teams Development, Quality Engineering, Product Management.br 5. Drive coordination and results with indirect reports and stakeholders outside the immediate organization. Ensuring ontime and effective delivery of frequent highquality, enterprise Saas releases.br 6. Proactively identifying and mitigating risks and removing obstacles.
