Engaging in dependency analysis, functional design, workflow analysis, use case analysis, data, and process modeling, and have a clear understanding of the current state and proposing enhancements to improve processes and system functionalities for future state;br 3. Preparing and planning all aspects of the requirements discipline, including controlling or participating in estimating, feasibility analysis, meeting facilitation, management, and executive reporting, change request management, issue tracking, process improvements, and project planning;br 4. Leading the testing discipline by performing test planning, incident research and analysis, test strategy, QA, and user acceptance testing functions;br 5. Staying uptodate on release upgrades, new features, consulting with business to determine new features to implement, partnering with technology and business owners in taking the features through implementation; performs regression testing after each release upgrade; andbr 6. Gathering requirements from functional ownersbusiness leadersspecific focus groups, andor externalinternal vendors, strategizing and partnering with them on how to leverage technology to enhance processes and practices; documenting the specifications, proposing solutions based on expertise and knowledge of the system, conveying the information to the technology counterparts, performing testing after development, seeing product migration through to production and completion, and providing post production support.
