Bachelors or higher degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistical Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field willing to accept foreign education equivalent plus eighteen months of experience performing data analytics to improve financial processes, including financial modeling and visualization. Experience must include eighteen months of conducting working sessions to design, develop, and present software demos using ETL languagetools, including SQL, Alteryx, and Qlik; collaborating with global teams to build and analyze financial reports utilizing Data Visualization platforms; assisting clients with implementation of SAP PaPM Profitability Analysis and Performance Management module to support external reporting and redesigning the overall legacy process; analyzing monthly transactional data utilizing Excel and Alteryx to translate and simplify clients legacy operating segment allocation rules; developing endtoend process flows and process documentation utilizing Visio to document clients cost and revenue allocation process; coordinating with offshore team members to develop multiple automation tools utilizing MS Access, Excel Macros, and Alteryx to help client increase efficiency and traceability in maintaining and validating PaPM tables; utilizing SAP PaPM to solve implementation defects and tracking progress using HP ALM; liaising between financial reporting and technical design teams to implement SAP PaPM module; and mentoring and coaching junior analysts and promoting best practices through knowledge transfer sessions and practical training exercises.
