Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Math, or related field willing to accept foreign education equivalent plus eighteen months of cyber security strategy, capabilities assessment, and solution implementation experience. Experience must include eighteen months of defining cyber security policies and programs based on adherence to NIST, ISO, MITRE, COBIT, and ISIL requirements; conducting capabilities maturity assessments across multiple cyber security domains, including application security, data protection, cloud security, vulnerability management, and cyber security operations; architecting and deploying AWS, GCP, and Azure cloud security solutions; implementing distributed denial of service solutions using Akamai Prolexic; designing and delivering cyber crisis simulation exercises; and coordinating and spearheading teams through complete system development lifecycle of cyber security solution deployments, including analysis of solution requirements, solution design, architecture, and supporting business processes, configuring and customizing tools, and testing.
