Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field willing to accept foreign education equivalent plus eighteen months of experience implementing Identity Access Management IAM solutions for the Federal sector. Experience must include eighteen months of performing project planning including gathering requirements, analyzing timelines for software development life cycle phases, software design and development, and maintenance support to diagnose client issues and exercise troubleshooting activities; designing and implementing backend business logic development of ICAM web application solutions using programming language including Java EE, Struts 2 framework, and SQL database; developing frontend UI User Interface and UX User Experience using HTML, JSP, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and User Experience Framework UEF to comply with Section 508 standards; collaborating with specialized penetration testing and load testing teams to ensure application security, and user experience teams to provide web accessibility to applications; performing automated testing using Selenium tool and manual testing, to ensure that the web applications adhere to industry standards; creating, managing, and reviewing documents including release notes, technical and functional design documents, and procedural literature for test scripts; developing and implementing IAM solutions, as well as working on IAM tools, including Sailpoint and CA Identify Manager and Access Manager; automating user administration and reporting tasks, developing provisioning workflows, and implementing riskbased, multifactor authentication mechanisms utilizing Sailpoint and CA Identify Manager per clients requirements; designing and developing Java applications, including Hibernate, Spring, and Web Service, for complex enterprise solutions and utilizing programming and scripting languages, including Java, to develop customized solutions to clients security requirements; and designing complex security solutions using TFIM and advanced access control contextbased policy, mobile multifactor authentication, API protection, and OAuth 2.0 and identifying and evaluating complex business and technology risks, and developing solutions to mitigate risks and improve security infrastructure.
