Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Law, or related field willing to accept foreign education equivalent plus eighteen months of privacy and regulatory compliance experience. Experience must include eighteen months creating and implementing enterprise privacy operational processes and controls to achieve or enhance regulatory compliance; performing cyber risk assessments using standards, including ISO and NIST Cyber Security Framework; developing risk reporting metrics, including Key Risk Indicators KRIs and risk dashboards, to monitor and mitigate enterprise risks; creating data protection strategy and roadmaps to protect structured and unstructured data throughout the data lifecycle and implement appropriate controls; conducting business process analysis, performing privacy impact assessments, and developing privacy by design to comply with data privacy and security requirements, including General Data Protection Regulation GDPR; configuring and managing privacy and data mapping tools, including OneTrust; conducting walkthroughs to understand the clients business processes and manage client expectations; interpreting and applying statutory and regulatory privacy standards to create actionable compliance requirements and creating privacy policies, procedures, and notices; and interacting with privacy regulators to provide reports, track open inquiries, and define deliverables. Position requires 90 travel.
