Masters degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or related field willing to accept foreign education equivalent plus three years of experience providing tax planning services or preparing and reviewing client work papers and tax returns. In the alternative, the employer is willing to accept a Bachelors degree and five years of experience as stated above. Experience must include one year of utilizing tax software, including OneSource, GoSystem, Corptax, or CCH Prosystem Tax, to prepare federal, state, local, and international income tax returns, and calculate estimated tax and process filings; utilizing tax research tools, including LexisNexis, BNA, Bloomberg or CCH, to provide tax compliance and consulting services to various clients; assisting corporations in Internal Revenue Service IRS and state tax examinations, and responding to Information Document Requests IDRs and drafting memos to analyze and respond to IDRs and various tax notices; preparing and reviewing federal and state tax returns for CCorporations and Partnerships, including Forms 1040, 1065, 1120 SCorp, and 1120CCorp, and supplemental schedules required by the IRS; analyzing and calculating adjusted taxable income under 163j to determine annual interest expense limitations; preparing and reviewing partnership interest transfer and disposal transactions, investmentinvestor tax packages, information disclosure forms, including Form 5741, Form 8865, PFIC, or Reportable Loss; preparing tax deferred tax schedules and tax review memos, to properly account for income taxes during the preparation of tax provisions for corporations; preparing quarterly and annual provisions in accordance with ASC 740; and drafting quarterly and annual tax memoranda to discuss significant tax issues and satisfy US GAAP financial reporting requirements.
