Bachelors or higher degree in Finance or related field willing to accept foreign education equivalent plus one year of experience performing financial analyses, including reconciliation and variance analysis. Experience must include one year of analyzing various pricing scenarios and determining project profitability and feasibility to advise management on project margins; providing recommendations and support to engagement and account leaders by presenting financial reports to leadership, and by implementing project management controls using SWIFT, and Excel modeling; creating future financial state business model plans and recommendations; developing and implementing standards using SAP S4HANA queries to support account financial reporting, quality, and risk management for project leadership and clients; monitoring and tracking project forecasts, working with leadership to ensure actuals meet revenue and margin goals, and providing recommendations and alternative options to maximize margins; participating in initiatives for enhancements and assisting with creating innovations that align with planned strategy; analyzing and reporting on data utilizing financial systems, audit and Excel tools, and Microsoft PowerPoint; and conducting analyses and preparing reports for upper level team members to utilize when interacting with clients to present analyses and provide recommendations.
