Requirements Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Position requires 1 year of relatedbr work experience in each of the followingbr br Supporting implementations of CloudBased technologies, including Data Cleansing and Conversions, Interface Design and Development, and Systems Development Life Cycle SDLC, utilizing Salesforce Technology;br Researching user reported issues via Salesforce case management, identifying root causes and resolutions, implementing fixes, and liaising between business functions, end users, and technical delivery teams;br Creating technical and functional specifications, including screen layouts, navigation flows, logic diagrams, data models, process models, and pseudocode, to be used for application development;br Conducting user reported defects prioritization, supporting a team of developers and testers to fix the identified defects through patch releases, and determining timeline for the release, including communicating expectations with the client stakeholders;br Tracking application defects, coordinating defect resolution efforts, and documenting resolution details, utilizing Jira and Confluence;br Working across all phases of the Agile and Waterfall Project Delivery Lifecycle for the design, development, and implementation of Cloud Platform, including Salesforce Customer Relationship Management CRM for enterprise level clients;br Interfacing directly with client stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, analyze client requirements, and translate requirements into project designs, utilizing Salesforce CRM for developing CloudBased applications to deliver solutions; andbr Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverable status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.
