Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 2 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Must also have 2 years of related work experience involving each of the followingbr Defining, building, and implementing programs that enable the success of transformation goals utilizing Gantt Chart, Agile, Scrum, Azure Board, software development life cycle SDLC, and Waterfall;br Tracking and reporting on project and milestone deliverables status to ensure timely project delivery and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders, utilizing Tableau, PowerBI and Hyperion;br Creating training materials and facilitating workshops, including job aids, process manuals, demonstration videos, microlearning videos, and glossaries utilizing SWOT analysis, Microsoft Visio, and SmartDraw to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure a positive user experience;br Driving industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modeling tools to produce analysis and algorithms utilizing Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, and SQL;br Creating business case decision models and customer financial models and executing process mapping to optimize operational productivity, forecasting, and budgeting processes, utilizing decisionmaking diagrams with Lucid chart, and Forcefield analysis; and,br Utilizing Selenium, SoapUI, and Apache JMeter to support regression, smoke, load and backbox testing to ensure successful design and implementation of solutions.
