Must also have 2 years of related work experience involving each of the followingbr Supporting the development and documentation of internal business services processes and metrics in a manner consistent with Six Sigma and Lean methodologies, utilizing Value Stream Mapping VSM, Kaizen, WhatIfbr Analysis, Seven Wastes, Voice of Customer VoC, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis FMEA, 5S, and Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control DMAIC;br Utilizing data mapping sheets, architecture diagrams, and process flow charts to provide scalable and available designs for technical solutions;br Capturing business requirements, creating highlevel design documents, and implementing analytical solutions using maturity assessment, process flow charts, and roadmap development;br Assisting in the analysis of business requirements and documenting functional requirements in business process diagrams;br Modeling, designing and developing reports and dashboards to measure performance metrics of clients, utilizing Structured Query Language SQL, Microsoft MS Access, and MS Excel; andbr Transforming and visualizing data, evaluating business processes, and drawing insights from analysis through different charts, graphs, tables, heat maps, and infographics for developing solutions for client challenges.
